Ever wanted to attend a rave at the Pyramids of Giza?

Who’s up for a rave?

Egyptian trance producers Aly and Fila are getting ready to play some sold-out shows. Oh, and live DJ set. At the Pyramids Of Giza.

The Pyramids of Giza are one of the seven wonders of the world, left by the Ancient Egyptians. Even though it was built over 4000 years ago, the spacious complex is most still intact and in a stable condition.

It is the ideal location for many tourists and explorers, both not commonly for music fans to party it up and enjoy some fresh electronic tunes. So why did Aly and Fila choose to play this location?

“Since we started our Aly & Fila Project and Future Sound of Egypt as a brand, we had a dream to host our own event at this very special landmark which as proud Egyptians as we are.”

The set is a part of the celebration of the 400th episode of Future Sound of Egypt (FSOE), which is a popular radio show in the region. It’s also a record label that the duo signed onto in 2010.

It’s safe to say that the locals are as excited about this as Aly & Fila are. As they say on their website: “It took us many years and hard work to achieve this one, but yes dreams do come true. Don’t miss this event, it will be a very special one. From wherever you are in this world, come and celebrate with us the Future Sound of Egypt.”

Do as they wish and catch Aly and Fila live at the Pyramid Of Giza at September 11th.
