With the announcement that Southern US rapper Big K.R.I.T would be joining the festivities at OutsideIn Festival in Sydney later this year, I could hazard a guess that there were more than a few Australian fans that would have had their eyes peeled for an announcement confirming he would be playing more than the one show. Surely, SURELY, he’d make this trip even more worth his while and bring his unique type of rap to his other fans?!
Well, we can all rest easy now. Big K.R.I.T will indeed be extending his festival appearance into a full Australian tour, much to the delight of any knowledgable Aussie hip hop head.
Also hitting Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane, these are not shows – supported by local up and comer Milwaukee Banks – you will want to miss. The Def Jam signee has already had us a buzz with his Hermitude collaboration, The Buzz, and has been at the forefront of the rap game since the release of his 2014 album, Cadillactica.
