One of the main headlines, SBTRKT heads to Australia on the back of their sophomore album ‘Wonder Where We Land’. The vowel-poor, beat heavy group led by Aaron Jerome are renowned for their anonymity – so expect a high intensity set, adorned with US native ceremonial masks.

Potentially the most anticipated will be the ethereal Alt-J, who have more than lived up to their debut album with their recent release ‘This Is All Yours’, which went straight to the top of the UK charts, spawning indie-rock brilliance in Left Hand Free and Every Other Freckle.

Another highlight will inevitably be RUFUS, who have seemingly summited the Australian dance scene with merely a single album. You would be hard pressed to find a single filler, or mediocre song on it – ensuring a sea of pumping fists and no doubt some slightly overly aggressive guys in singlets. Oh well.

But for something a little more down tempo, Bastille and their massive Pompeii will surely explode, while one of Triple J’s rising artists Milky Chance will caress with his smooth Stolen Dance. Add in someThundamentals for a hit of Australian rap and Touch Sensitive for a taste of electronica and the day is guaranteed to be a memorable one.
