After releasing their last album 10 years ago, 90’s-mid 00’s girl pop band All Saints have been hinting that there may be a comeback on the horizon. The girl band posted an ambiguous tweet over the weekend consisting of a black and white photo with ‘2016’ written above the girls’ heads.

They have denied these rumours in the past, with Melanie Blatt telling London Lite in 2009 that “All Saints are never getting back together again. I never want to sing again. I recently did the Brits with Nic and we just went round chatting to people and then got drunk. That’s my goal—to get paid for chatting to people and getting drunk!”
However, it seems she has changed her tune five years on. Could it be coming from all the hype that is surrounding the also rumoured Spice Girls reunion as well? Is 2016 going to be the year of the reunion tour?
All Saints released three albums, won two BRIT Awards and an Ivor Novello Award since they formed in 1993. They split up between 2001 and 2006, and then got back together until 2009. They planned a tour of the UK with East 17 and Atomic Kitten in 2014, which was cancelled “due to unforeseen circumstances”. They had previously made a comeback last year for the Backstreet Boys UK tour.
They are quiet on details at the moment, but the future looks promising for eager fans. We will bring you more information as it comes!
