Combining jazz, soul, warm vocals and expert production, his silky smooth tracks are simply to die for, and his latest track is no exception.
Titled Said That You Wanted, it’s warm and glowing, with R&B vocals and production skills that boast just how much he has going on. From the groovy hook to the swelling synths and intricacies like the crisp drum beats or 80’s synth solos, Said That You Wanted comes just in time to warm up your weekend as it gets you getting down on the d-floor.
Queen Magic will be appearing at the Red Bull Music Academy stage at this year’s Splendour In The Grass, and it goes without saying that’s not a set you’ll want to miss. If you can’t catch him there, Melbourne fans can get along to Boney on July 31 to see him do his thing alongside Silentjay and Jace XL. An EP is said to be coming this September as well, which will make us very happy indeed – let’s just hope it’s sooner!
