It’s been a long wait, hanging out for Florence + The Machine‘s highly anticipated new album How Big How Blue how Beautiful, but as the release date draws ever closer, the group have revealed yet another new tune.
We first heard the incredible title track, and the powerful What Kind of Man (not to mention the ridiculously cool Nicolas Jaar remix,) before catching more snippets of what’s to come after live footage of a recent London gig surfaced online.
Their brand new single, St Jude has just premiered alongside an accompanying video clip. As expected, it’s amazing. Heartfelt and emotional, it shows a very different kind of strength and power to what we’ve seen in the last two singles: a more subdued, intimate defiance, with a tempered, ethereal atmosphere and gorgeous visuals.
