Watch André 3000 Narrate the History of the World for Adult Swim

Guest starring on the second episode of Adult Swim’s Brad Neely’s Harg Nallin’ Sclopio Peepio, André 3000 narrated some candid musings on the development of mankind.

As it turns out, this recounting was far from optimistic; the idea is that while our self-awareness separates us from cavemen, we’re still a society driven by patriarchal sex and violence. Skipping past the medieval period, the artist also offered a bleak take on the evolution of domestic pets; “the dogs that didn’t stay wolves turned into stupid little versions of people.”

As the name suggests, Brad Neely’s Harg Nallin’ Sclopio Peepio is an animated sketch comedy from Brad Neely, also known for his work shows like South Park and China, IL. The show is set to regularly feature appearances from prominent musicians. First episode ‘For Streep’ employed the vocal talents of alt hip-hop artist Lizzo and Father John Misty is also slated to appear later in the season.

While best known for his work in Outkast, André 3000 has also made more than a few acting appearances. He’s guest starred on TV series  The Sheild and American Crime as well as films like Be Cool, Semi Pro and Four Brothers. The artist also played the leading role of Jimi Hendrix in 2014 biopic All is By My Side.
