After returning in style last month with their stellar new tune, Bolide, excitement is high for Kllo and their upcoming mini national tour. Having also been announced on the massive Splendour In The Grass lineup in July, the Melbourne duo are set to embark on a three date East Coast tour to celebrate their new single, new sounds and find their feet after a lengthy break away.
Bolide represents a deviation from their original sound, delving further into the electronic dance side of things and away from the lo-fi chill vibes that we first fell in love with. However, that is by no means a bad thing, as Bolide is a stand out track from a hardworking duo. Kllo are quickly becoming one of Australia’s best exports, and considering they picked up about 500,000 plays on Spotify in just one week for Bolide, it’s safe to say the world is catching on too.
Starting off in Brisbane on May 12 (supported by Lastlings and Seavera), the duo then head south to Sydney on the 13th (supported by BUOY and Marcus Whale DJ set), before what is sure to be a fantastic home show in Melbourne on the 14th, where they’ll be supported by Alta and Christopher Port.
