The Elephant Hotel in Brisbane is quickly becoming a hotspot for the-night-before-public-holidays, and they’re set to do it all again come ANZAC Day Eve this year.
Boasting a lineup captained by Philadelphia Grand Jury, a rare sight these days, this is shaping up to be The Elephant’s best night yet. Supporting the Philly Jays (who dropped a stellar comeback album, Summer Of Doom last year) will be Brisbane’s Bugs, who just launched a brand new single two weeks ago and newcomers FeelsClub as well as DJ Black Amex bringing the dancefloor fillers late into the night!
Building on the groundwork they’ve already laid over 2015 with the likes of The Medics, Millions, The Delta Riggs, Babaganouj and more playing at these parties, and having attended them all, I can attest to the solid good vibes and ultimate quality of live music that is guaranteed here. Promising to be one hell of a Sunday Session, this event kicks off at 2pm on April 24th and is free of charge, as if it wasn’t good enough already.
