Melbourne MC Xeus Drops Visuals For New Single ‘Slow’

Melbourne rapper/singer/club-promoter/Greek God Xeus has released the visuals for his new single, Slow, produced by RhyNo and Kartik.

Xeus is the best MC in Melbourne right now, and if you’re not familiar with the man and his music, here is your introduction to his undeniable skills. Having already dropped two singles from his upcoming album, Sail (Thoughts and Right Now both with equally dope film clips), the half Greek, half African rapper still has some big singles left to drop from the recording sessions with Ghostface, Lloyd, and Trinidad James.

Slow has a different sound from what we have heard from him so far. RhyNo and Kartik bring a more grime feel to the beat, calling on some eerie keys to add a darker edge, giving Xeus room to show off his versatility as an lyricist.

The rapper from Prahran has opened for Drake, Trinidad James, Craig David, Rick Ross, Kid Ink, Ja Rule, Omarion, 112, The Game, Ray J, Dru Hill, and, most recently, Tyga. I first saw Xeus perform when he opened for The Outlawz a few years ago, and last year I saw him again when he opened for Bone Thugs. He had shown astounding growth at that point, and one year on, the 6’7” rapper is still growing as an artist. He is fast becoming the ‘MC to watch’ in 2016.

As an added treat, Xeus also dropped some visuals for his and Bmike’s rendition of Desiigner’s Panda, titled Body Panda. Peep Body Panda and Slow below and expect a righteous 2016 from Xeus.
