TERRY CREWS

Terry Crews Is A Bigger Kendrick Fan Than You

Terry Crews has dubbed himself as the “biggest fan of Kendrick Lamar fan in the world,” in a recent interview with XXL

Speaking about his brief cameo in the video clip for Kendrick’s soulful These Walls, Crews revealed that he has been listening to the Compton rapper almost since day one.

“I listened to him back when he had Section.80. Everything I heard from him I said, “This kid is different.” And he’s artistic. So I get a direct message [on Twitter] like, “Hey man, hit me up.” Then he calls my manager. My manager tells me, “I don’t know if we can fit this into your schedule.” I said, “Bruh, this is Kendrick Lamar. Whatever he says, let’s do.”

Crews has a prominent feature in the clip, performing a dance known as “hitting the Quan” to the iHeart Memphis song of the same name. See 3:24 below for all the ripped chest action.

Unfortunately for fans of both Kendrick and Crews, it looks like we won’t have an answer as to the actors all time favourite song from Kendrick’s discography.

“I’ve always felt that Kendrick has a very spiritual base on a lot of his music but he was really did wrong. I’m very extreme. I don’t have any kind of middle. I love Alright. I bumped the whole good kid, m.A.A.d city from the beginning to end and it feels like one song. So it’s kind of hard to pick one.”
