Pusha T: A G.O.O.D Music Festival Is Possible

Words by Josh Morgan

Pusha T, rapper, G.O.O.D Music president and Kanye West consigliere, has tantalised fans with comments about the possibility of a G.O.O.D Music festival.

In a recent interview with MTV, the rapper said the idea is on his ‘mood board'; “There are a few things on the mood board that I want to see, things that I feel are more fan catering. The fans really need to see a tour and a festival. Everybody on G.O.O.D. is a person who’s in the mix, of the culture”

The label, founded by Kanye West in 2004, boasts a stellar roster including John Legend, Q-Tip, Big Sean, Teyana TaylorKacy Hill and of course, Yeezy himself. Just take a moment to picture what that kind of lineup could deliver as a full festival.

King Push continued by saying, “I feel like the fans haven’t gotten to see us on one platform, on a major platform, all of us together, unified, and just giving back to them.”

Pusha T has also just released his latest album Darkest Before Dawn, and is about to touch down in Australia to perform at festivals including Field Day and Beyond The Valley, as well as a small East Coast headline tour.
