Pusha T has been turning all kinds of heads lately. Last week came the huge news that he’s been promoted to the role of president of Kanye West‘s imprint label G.O.O.D Music, effectively putting him in charge of artists including Big Sean, Q-Tip, Hudson Mohawke and more. With this came a brand new single – Untouchable.
Earlier this year he came out with the bold announcement that he wanted to create “God level music” for his fans – and now it loos like he’s setting the wheels in motion. Just yesterday, the single was followed by the announcement of a full new album, King Push: Darkest before The Dawn. According to reports, Push has listed a hefty smorgasbord of collaborators, essentially a ‘who’s who’ of hip-hop production: Kanye West, Timbaland, Q-Tip, HudMo, Puff Daddy, Nashiem Myrick and Boi-1da. He’s additionally listed A$AP Rocky, Kehlani, Jill Scott and more as featured guests on the upcoming record.
To cap it all off, Push has now added a Sydney leg to the Australia tour announced back in October. It’s his first visit to our shores since he performed with ‘Ye on the Yeezus tour, and Howl & Echoes could not be more excited! As well as his own shows, Push will be appearing at festivals Beyond The Valley and Field Day.
If you’re a Tesltra user, you can scoop the Sydney tickets pre-sale from November 18 at 9 am – details here. For everyone else, tickets go on sale this Friday November 20 at 2 pm. For full details and to purchase, visit Live Nation.
