Small World Festival is Coming to Save Sydney

It’s official: Sydney’s nightlife has gone down, down, down in recent months. No fault of our own, live music venues have been shutting down with increased rapidity over the years – and ever since the lockout laws were implemented, it’s reached boiling point.

So when a festival pops up that not only boasts a ridiculously good local musical lineup but some of the best food and drink that Sydney has to offer, you pay attention.

Welcome to Small World Festival, a boutique event taking place on Saturday September 19 in Sydney Park. As well as the music, Young Henry’s will be in tow to ensure that your lips will never be far from a delicious beverage, while the likes of Mary’s, Porteno, Bloodwood and more will be there to feed you the best that the inner west has on offer.

The Church
DZ Deathrays
PVT
Jack Ladder & The Dreamlanders
PALMS
All Our Exes Live In Texas
Bon Voyage
Summer Flake
Green Buzzard
The Lulu Raes
Local Artist Showcase (presented by VISIONS)

Taking place in the new location of Sydney Park (Alexandria/St Peters), the natural amphitheatre will no doubt lend itself well to the array of brilliant Australian music.

The opening slot of the festival will be announced later this month, and will be curated by monthly music night VISIONS.
