Travi$ Scott is continuing to make a name for himself in hip-hop circles. When he’s not inciting riots at Lollapalooza, he has made a habit of mingling with the who’s who of the industry, and building quite the list of friends, from Drake and Rihanna, to Kanye West.
While he has flexed his muscle production wise, and been a regular feature on a multitude of tracks, fans are anxiously awaiting the latest release from the Texan rapper, who has now shown he can mix it with the best of them.
Rodeo finally has a release date, and we can now circle September 4 on our calendars. The release date is somewhat a surprise, having sprung out of nowhere, but we are definitely not complaining.
We have already heard Antidote and 3500 from the album, the latter being a track that really divided opinions, so it will be interesting to see if the rest of the album will be just as polarising.
If releasing an album on the back of a monstrous amount of popularity wasn’t enough, Travi$ will be jumping on board the Beauty Behind the Madness tour bus with The Weeknd, which may cause the end of the world as we know it; how can we possibly have two stars with such mainstream appeal in the same building at once?
Rodeo will be in your hot little hands September 4 via Sony Records.
