A$AP Rocky sued over stage-diving injury

At a 2013 A$AP Ferg concert, a fan was injured when Young Shabba attempted to stage dive. It is reported that Krystina Clowes suffered a fractured vertebra when she was drilled into the ground during the incident and now she’s suing A$AP Rocky. It is suspected that she’s going after Rocky specifically because he has the deepest pockets. Defending her $75,000 minimum demand, Clowes stated that with the entire group’s history of stage diving, they should all be held responsible.

This isn’t the first time the group have found themselves embroiled in a lawsuit following a concert. An incident that also occurred in 2013 has resulted in another fan, Tammy Nguyen, suing both A$AP Mob and Ferg for injuries sustained when Ferg hit her during a stage-dive. Nguyen has stated that her ongoing injuries have prevented her from enjoying life with her child as a young, single mother. In her statement, she also cited an incident from June of 2013 where Rocky slapped a female fan at a concert in Sydney after she blew him a kiss from the crowd. Rocky was charged with misdemeanor simple assault over a similar incident that occurred at Jay Z’s Made In America festival. Also occurring in 2013, Rocky was reportedly moving through the crowd when he suddenly stopped, turned and delivered an open hand slap to a female fan who then suffered from whiplash.
