Bonnaroo is in it’s final day and there has already been some pretty stellar things go down. Not only does it have a line up to incite festival envy in any music lover; it is also home to the long standing late night “Superjam” which sees surprise collaborations and general awesomeness come to fruition.
The Saturday Night 2015 Throwback Superjam was curated by Pretty Lights, Run D.M.C’s Darryl McDaniels and Metallica basist Rob Trujillo. The first surprise appearance took place almost immediately when unscheduled guests Jon Hamm and Zach Galifinakis took to the stage and belted out an endearing and hilarious version of Michael Jackson’s “We are the World.”
If that’s not enough Chance the Rapper (who has been getting around the festival with buddy Kendrick Lamar) performed an array of covers from DJ Jazzy Jeff to Notorious B.I.G.
If you missed out on the action, be sure to tune in to the last day streaming live right now and check out “The Bluegrass Situation Superjam featuring Ed Helms” at 12:30pm.
