Currently in the US promoting her brilliant debut album, Sometimes I Sit and Think, And Sometimes I Just Sit and no stranger to the TV circuit, Courtney Barnett pretty much showed everyone how its done when she payed a visit to Jimmy Fallon recently. Fresh from her spot at Bonnaroo, Barnett appeared for the second time on the Tonight Show, having previously performed Avant Gardener on the same stage last year.
With her raucous guitar, unapologetically Australian vocals and Chastity Belt shirt in tow, Barnett and her backing band of a drummer and bassist appeared on the show to play the fuck out of the album’s lead single, Pedestrian At Best. Yes, it’s that good.
