Fresh from supporting The Delta Riggs on their ‘Dipz from the Zong’ tour, Melbourne multi-instrumentalist Darren Hart – better known as Harts – is set to embark on an extensive headline tour of his own. Starting in early June and concluding with a debut performance at Splendour in the Grass in late July, the tour will be promoting his soon to be released Breakthrough EP.
Harts’ debut album Daydreamer – which included the hit single Red & Blue – garnered acclaim from some enormous names, including Prince and legendary producer Quincy Jones. His guitar work expertly balances searing riffs and delicate funk; coupled with infectious falsetto melodies and the confident showmanship of a veteran performer, Harts is a revelation on stage.
