Drake Announces New Mixtape

It’s only been three months since Canadian rapper and singer Drake dropped his fourth studio album VIEWS, the albums breaking records for how many records it’s breaking, and Drizzy shows no sign of slowing down. Known for his insane work ethic releasing two full length mixtapes last year, Drake looks to be topping this once more with the announcement of yet another tape.

While on the road for the Summer Sixteen tour with Atlanta’s autotune king Future, Drake announced to the Kansas City crowd, “protect yourselves and each other,” going on to say, “when I go and work on this new mixtape and come back to Kansas City and I drop that shit, I want to see everybody!”

Stunned fans have proclaimed their support, already throwing out hypothetical names for the upcoming project. The most popular of which, From The 6, a throwback to when the album was originally titled Views From The 6. Going further, others support If You’re Reading This It’s 2 Late, a sequel to the early 2015 project.

Nonetheless it’ll simply be a waiting game until Drake announces the project, and who knows, there may even be that full length Gucci Mane project which is being rumoured. So make sure you keep your eyes out for the new Champagne Papi, set to pop in no time.
