Well, We Can Add Kanye West To The List Of Cosby-Sympathisers…

Lord Yeezus, here we fucking go.

Kanye West‘s Twitter account has been blowing up following his short-lived cyber-altercation with Wiz Khalifa and Queen Amber Rose with things like album name changes, promises of free Yeezys to whoever can guess the new title, trash-talking the supposed Puma x Kylie Jenner deal, photos from in the booth, oh, and claims that Billy Cosby is innocent.

Whut?

Yep. Kanye has now added his name to the growing list of musicians and other entertainers who have come forward to defend Bill Cosby since he was first accused of sexually abusing a number of women throughout his career with this tweet:

By now we know that it isn’t unheard of for Kanye to tweet some downright strange stuff, but this seems to have some almost out of nowhere – a bit like all the other people who have apparently been personally offended by Cosby being accused of sexual assault by at least 55 women. While Kanye hasn’t said anything on the issue other than “BILL COSBY INNOCENT !!!!!!!!!!”, Waka Flocka has taken the route of conspiracy theories, claiming he believes someone is framing Cosby. R Kelly has claimed that it’s super strange that it took such a damn long time for victims to come forward. Because nothing screams innocence like one celebrity with their own history of sexual abuse defending another. The Game on the other hand seems unable to separate Cosby’s case from those regarding the deaths of Mike Brown, Trayvon Martin, Sandra Bland and many more and has taken issue with the fact that Cosby’s good name has been ruined by “word of mouth” while those responsible for the deaths of a growing number of African Americans are free.

Kanye’s end of year track for 2015, Facts, which mentions Cosby (“Do anybody feel bad for Bill Cosby? Did he forget the names just like Steve Harvey?“), is now even more confusing.
