The creators of local boutique festival Jungle Love really do love their punters. Earlier this year, they put on the second instalment of their warehouse party, Concrete Jungle, and now they’re back for round two this August!
Recruiting local live dance acts like MKO, The Mouldy Lovers, Nonsemble, Golden Age of Ballooning, The Brains Trust, and Omegachild, Concrete Jungle is flavoured a little differently to its big sister Jungle Love, but still rings true to their core belief of putting the punters first, and putting on one hell of a show.
“This edition of Concrete Jungle is about showcasing some of the bands from last year’s and the 2015 Festival as well as emerging bands which align with our focus on showcasing strong talent,” said Raymond Williams in a press release, who is one half of the dynamic duo behind these events. Always ones to have their fingers on the pulse, Williams and other event genius Lincoln Savage work best when they’re together, and Concrete Jungle looks to be no exception.
Early bird tickets go on sale TODAY, starting at $30. A second line up is also on it’s way so it’s advisable to jump on those bad boys while they’re cheap!
Concrete Jungle will be held at Serafini Chains warehouse on August 15, 2015.
