Noah & The Whale ‘Call It A Day’

Sadly, this is no April Fool’s Joke. Noah & The Whale are disbanding. All good things must come to an end, no matter how much you want it to be not true.

They released four studio albums, with their debut Peaceful, The World Lays Me Down dropping in 2007. From there came The First Days of SpringLast Night On Earth and Heart of Nowhere, with Last Night On Earth hitting Platinum status in the UK.

Announced on their Facebook yesterday, they described the last 8 years as “incredible”. They went on to say, “There are too many people to mention in this short message but we would like to take this opportunity to give special thanks to all of our amazing fans, who have supported us so magnificently over the years and made everything possible.”
